Introduction to the Organization and Its Objectives
The Divine Angels Day Care Centre (DADCC) is an English medium multi-racial & multi-cultural pre-school with a mandate to meet the need for quality early childhood development interventions based in Chloorkop, Edenvale in Gauteng.
Our goal is to lay a solid foundation in our nation. We believe a strong willed community builds a better nation, and that nation starts with the new generation. Our children are our future, the world leaders of tomorrow.
our vision
our mission
To invest time, love, care and first phase education in every child in our community which is the most important part of one’s life. A solid foundation hold firm a great leader in life.
Kids are like trees, if they don’t have a good root system they will not survive the storms of life, they will be uprooted, but a tree with a good and strong root system survive anything thrown at them even the hurricanes of life. So, to prepare them for life we have to start with the first phase of education. Early childhood development is defined as the “processes by which children from birth to nine years grow and thrive physically, mentally, emotionally, morally and socially.” (Education White Paper March 1995).
We at DADCC, we believe that God loves us equally, so we all deserve an equal chance. No matter where we from, what race we are, that is the reason why we accommodate abled and disabled children.
Our core values are the following
- We believe that all children have the right to be loved and cared for and to be developed physically, intellectually, emotionally, morally and socially.
- We believe that women are uniquely placed to protect and enforce the rights of children and that women need to be supported, encouraged, and equipped with the necessary skills to do so.
- We believe that by nurturing and building our children, we nurture and build our nation.
- We believe that all parents and caregivers of young children should be knowledgeable about early childhood development so that they can play an active role in nurturing and enhancing the development of the children in their care.
We believe that our united efforts will significantly and positively impact on the future of our young children and afford them the opportunity to realise their potential, and in so doing, to secure the future of our country.
